Ordering & Shipping Instructions

- Orders require 1-4 working days. You will be notified after the goods arrive.
- In-stock items will be shipped within 1-4 business days after payment, with notification provided before shipment.
- The delivery time for regular mail is approximately 2-7 days, starting from the day after notification.
- All orders are confirmed upon full payment. Out-of-stock items can be fully returned/exchanged.
- I received an email notification after placing an order that the item was out of stock and I was being refunded.

Checkout Instructions
- Orders cannot be changed after they are placed, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Each order on the website is processed independently; there is no option to combine orders.
- Payment will be credited within 24 hours of order placement; orders will be cancelled if payment is not completed.

- All product dimensions are measured manually, with a deviation of 1-2cm.
- Photos may vary slightly due to different locations or different electronic monitors.

Exchange Policy
- Please inform us of any product quality issues within 48 hours. We will not accept claims after this period. Miscellaneous threads will not be considered a quality issue.
- Local customers can choose to exchange goods via regular mail (shipping costs to be paid by the customer).
Please ensure that returned items are brand new, unused or unwashed, undamaged or soiled, and free of odors; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse exchange. Therefore, any washed items will not be considered a quality issue and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
