Ordering & Shipping Information
- Orders must be placed on 𝟏-𝟒 Sunday working days, and we will notify you when the goods arrive
- Ready-made goods will be shipped within 𝟏-𝟒 working days after payment, and you will be notified before shipment
- Surface mail delivery takes about 2-7 days, starting from the day after notification.
- All orders are confirmed by full payment, out-of-stock items can be fully returned/exchanged
- If you receive an email notification after placing an order that the reason for the refund is that the product is out of stock

Checkout Information
- No changes or returns after ordering.
- Each order on the website is processed independently, and no combined orders are allowed
- The payment must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. If the payment is not completed, it will be cancelled directly

Product size
- Product dimensions are measured manually, with a 1-2cm deviation
- Photos may have slight deviations due to being taken at different locations or on different electronic displays

Exchange Information
- If there are any quality issues with the products, please inform us within 48 hours. We will not accept any reports after the deadline. Any defective threads will not be considered as quality issues.
- Local customers can choose to exchange goods by round-trip surface mail (shipping fee to be paid by the customer)
- Please ensure that the returned goods are brand new, unworn or washed, not damaged or soiled, and not stained with odor, otherwise the store has the right to refuse to exchange the goods. Therefore, any washed products will not be considered as quality issues and will not be returned or exchanged.
